The course deals with the core concepts land in society, land administration, principles of land information system, the concept of lease, types of lease and basic characteristics of lease contracts; the basic concept of real property valuation and property right elsewhere, identify various property formation measures; computerized land registration systems, management of commons, causes and influence of land fragmentation and appreciate the important aspects of land consolidation.
