This course touches some principles in professional ethics and theories and models of leadership with special attention to the demonstration of an understanding, familiarity, awareness, and competency of the principles of ethics and how they apply to decision making based on a strong set of values, and how values-based leadership can provide for effective governance both inside and outside government organizations. Detailed definitions, descriptions and analyses of issues related to professional and leadership ethics will be done accordingly. The course also will try to discuss Ethiopia’s experience of professional and leadership ethics and Practices.
