The ultimate goal of the subject is computation of the complete three-dimensional flow field expeditiously with accuracy and reliability. More specifically this course provides:
- some insight into the power and philosophy of the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
- understanding of the governing equation of environmental flows
- familiarity with some solution techniques
- working vocabulary of the discipline
