The course aims to equip students with the basic analytical skills and knowledge on housing, strategies and scenarios on design and planning issues, and relocation of a target population in an urban upgrading project will be studied.
The focus of this course is on the housing polocy with adopted strategies which are put in practice in both developed and developing countries.
