Objective:
This course provides an introduction to the analysis of indeterminate structural systems common in Civil Engineering.
Outcome:
Students will be able to:
i) Identify and solve formulate, support reactions of trusses, beams, and frames.
ii) Apply the displacement method to frames.
iii) Use approximate methods to evaluate responses.
iv) Employ the method to stiff solve complex trusses, beams, and frames.
v) Analyze indeterminate structures using structural analysis soft wares
