This
course deals with the concept, definition, emergency element and typology of
ecotourism and Eco-tourist; strategies
of ecotourism and related business development and ecotourism management plan;
the nature of ecotourism in national parks and protected areas, management
activities, community, tourism and national parks and protected areas linkage,
and the conflicts and mitigation strategies in national parks and protected
areas; meaning, nature, levels, values, conservation activities and the
challenges of conserving and protecting biodiversity, and planning for
biodiversity conservation; and the future trends and prospects of biodiversity
and ecotourism.
